Join the Society for Humanistic Psychology (APA Division 32) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, March 12–14, 2027, as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the MidWinter Conference!
This year’s theme, “The Human and the Artificial: Defining the Human in an Artificial Age,” invites us to consider what it means to be human in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and rapidly changing social systems. Across three days of presentations, experiential sessions, invited speakers, student programming, community gatherings, and opportunities for connection, we’ll explore how humanistic psychology can help us navigate these changes while keeping dignity, relationship, meaning, authenticity, and our shared humanity at the center.
Your conference experience will also include special opportunities to connect with the SHP community, including our Student Research Poster Session, 20th Anniversary Community Dinner, Student Mentorship Luncheon, and more.Whether you are a psychologist, clinician, educator, researcher, student, or simply someone interested in humanistic psychology, we invite you to join us for a milestone year of learning, reflection, connection, and celebration.
Come celebrate 20 years of MidWinter with us and help shape what comes next.
