Anthony Pavlo, PhD

Anthony J. Pavlo, PhD is clinical psychologist and an Associate Research Scientist at the Yale University Program for Recovery and Community Health, Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Pavlo’s work is dedicated to ensuring all patients can experience and benefit from high quality person-centered care and his work focuses on articulating the structural and relational contexts of health care. He has expertise in shared decision-making, psychiatric diagnosis, health disparities, and peer support. Dr. Pavlo is also dedicated to the use of qualitative methods in health care research and frequently collaborates with other researchers and community partners.
